The
Indians improved their record to 11-0 in the Eastern Wisconsin Conference with
a 12-2 victory over Two Rivers at Kewaskum on Monday night.
Kewaskum
(17-3 overall, 11-0 EWC) jumped on Two Rivers’ starting pitcher Alex Nebel by scoring three runs in the first inning and five
more in the second. Nebel finished the game with 10
strikeouts but walked eight in the process. Steve Kudek
got the win on the mound for Kewaskum, striking out nine batters and walking
two.
Two
Rivers (2-8) finished with seven hits, all singles coming from seven different
batters. Sam Olla, Bo Seibel and Cody Seibel all finished with two
hits for Kewaskum, with Cody Seibel hitting a double and a homerun.
